Email hello@questbase.com and we'll get back to you, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Please include the email address you use to sign in so we can find your account.
Sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code, then enter it to sign in, no password to remember. You can also continue with Google or Apple.
If you subscribed on the web, sign in and open the billing portal from your account settings to change plans, update your payment method, or cancel. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, manage it in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Email us and we'll help. Refunds are handled case by case, in line with the policy shown at checkout and applicable consumer law.
QuestBase runs AI-driven scavenger hunts and networking quests at crypto conferences. Attendees interact with an AI agent on Farcaster or Telegram, solve location-based riddles, and earn dynamic NFTs minted on Base. Sponsors buy Waypoints to reach high-intent developers.
